doTerra Office Expansion Uses 127 Custom Pole Bases

doTerra's new 67,055-square-foot (6,230-square-meter) office building in Pleasant Grove, Utah used 127 Pole Base light pole bases manufactured by Mountain West Precast.

For this project, Mountain West Precast took advantage of Pole Base's simple customization process, delivering bases that were ready to install as soon as they arrived.

Rydalch Electric, the project's electrical contractor, was "very pleased with the bases and ordered them for the remainder of the doTerra project," explained Ben Hubbard of Mountain West Precast.

"These pole bases were custom-built according to specifications sent to us from Rydalch Electric and were made with our DOT grade precast concrete," said Hubbard.

THE OUTCOME

Since mid-2017, doTerra, an essential oils company based in Pleasant Grove, Utah, has undergone a massive, multi-phase campus expansion. The expansion projects include a new 67,055-square-foot (6,230-square-meter) office building, manufacturing facility, and medical clinic.

Despite this being their first Pole Base project, local manufacturer Mountain West Precast proved they were up to the challenge by providing 127 custom bases.
